How the Daily Reset Works
You’ll drink one juice every 2 to 3 hours, sipping slowly and drinking water between juices.

Storage & Handling
Juices arrive frozen.
Store frozen until ready to use.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Drink within 24 hours once thawed. Not recommended to drink past 5 days.

This reset is not recommended if you are pregnant, nursing, managing blood sugar conditions, or under medical care without doctor approval.
If you feel dizzy or unwell at any time, stop the reset and eat a light meal.
